PCB stocker

• Automatic PCB storage, feeding, and balance the front end and back end production
• Owns 20 positions in PCB staging area
• Control by PLC + touch screen, switch to FIFO or FILO mode

NG/OK buffer stocker

• Automated buffering, feeding,and balance the front end and back end production
• PLC + touch screen programmable control, LIFO mode, directly convey OK board to the lower machine, store NG boards for manual test
• The lifting trave is controlled by precision motor for ensuring accuracy

Conveyor/ Inspection conveyor

• Suitable for linking with every kind of SMT machine, customized length and easy to install and group

Bare board vacuum loader

• Flexible high pressure suction cup, suction position adjustable
• For mass PCB, can be served as direct conveyor, and width adjustable

Turn conveyor

• 180 degree turning PCB, conveying to the next station for the other PCB side production; automated turning, reduce manual work
• Turn or not turn the PCB depends on inputing short circuit or no short circuit signal according to the previous station
• Set to be conveying straightly for a period and served as buffer device
• PLC control, automated production, reliable turning, stable conveying
• Width adjusting manually, adjustable PCB conveying width
• Ensure high safety pretective performance with fully closed type design for rotation height
• PCB can be continuously turned 180 degree, back and forth, straight and reverse(reduce production cycle time)
